FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT
- To provide technical services to the Local Chief Executive, Sangguniang Panlungsod and city officials in the formulation of development plans and policies for consideration of the City Development Council.
OBJECTIVES
1. To conduct studies, researches and training programs necessary for the implementation of plans and programs of the city;
2. To integrate and coordinate all sectoral plans and studies undertaken by the different functional groups and agencies;
3. To analyze income and expenditure and prepare comprehensive plans and studies undertaken by the different functional groups and agencies;
4. To monitor and evaluate implementation of different development programs and activities of the city;
5. To provide technical assistance in establishing standards, policies and procedures related to communication and information technology;
6. To provide technical assistance in the utilization of information communication.
