      I am honored to welcome you to this newly created webpage of the Sangguniang Panlungsod. We have done this with a purpose to make it a source of resolutions and ordinances being passed and enacted by the legislative body of this city. I believe that through this webpage, PART (Participation, Accountability, Responsiveness, and Transparency) in governance will be upheldby the Sanggunian.

      The importance of accessibility and availability of the resolutions and ordinances cannot be overlooked. In this age of rapid technological transformation, it is necessary for our local government unit (LGU) to have this mode of communication to assure fast and quality service to our constituents.
